BCI Appliance Repair Process
Upon approval by the customer of any Bid/Quote repair jobs, BCI assumes all costs associated with troubleshooting Commercial Dishwashers, researching parts, preparing Bid/Quotes, and performing the equipment repair. See below for a complete bulleted list of the process.
There is a three-month warranty on all parts installed by BCI.

Do you need a Regular Maintenance Plan?
Here are some of the most common reasons to have periodic maintenance on your equipment:
- Inspect and replace hoses for leaks, as needed.

On each scheduled call, a BCI Technician will check all pertinent departments’ overall performance of sanitation equipment and cleaning practices. Other facets of the customer plant operations and equipment related to cleaning and sanitizing will also be checked for proper operation and condition to ensure performance reliability (including Engineering, Maintenance, and General Plant Operations).
A qualified BCI Technician will complete an electronic Quality Check Clean Assurance Service Report. Each report is stored on the BCI iNET Server (Integrated Networking Technology) for customer viewing, and/or BCI will email reports directly to those parties who wish to receive them regularly.
BCI provides training to your supervisors to adequately train and supervise your employees in all aspects of chemical safety, proper cleaning, and sanitation practices.
Please be aware that supervisors are responsible for training your employees, and BC Industrial Services, LLC has no responsibility under this contract to train all of your employees.
BCI will conduct on-site training classes. Refresher courses are also available for supervisors upon request.
Additionally, proper chemical handling is extremely important! Eyewash stations must be available for your employees, and they must be properly trained in their use to ensure safety.

Being familiar with issues related to your commercial appliance can help you with communicating issues to your BCI Service Technician so they can address them on the initial Service Call and when they arrive for the Diagnostic Visit.
