Under this Quality Check Clean Assurance Guarantee BCI representatives will perform regularly scheduled route preventative maintenance service calls every month and guarantee 24/7 Emergency Support Services. Preventative maintenance insures proper hygien One-Pass-Cleaning-Performance of chemical formulations and sanitation equipment systems.
On each scheduled service call a BCI Technician will check overall performance of sanitation equipment and cleaning practices of all pertinent departments. Other facets of the customer plant operations and equipment related to cleaning and sanitizing will also be checked for proper operation and condition to insure performance reliability (this includes Engineering, Maintenance and General Plant Operations).
A qualified BCI representative will complete a electronic service report corresponding to that particular Quality Check Clean Assurance Service. This report will be stored on the BCI iNET server (Integrated Networking Technology) for customer viewing and/or BCI will email reports directly to those parties who wish to receive them on a regular basis.
Emergency Service 24/7:
BCI will respond to any service call within 30 minutes and guarantee a service technician physically being at the account within maximum two hours after dispatch.
BCI owned equipment will be serviced and repaired by an authorized BCI representative at no charge to the customer. Customer equipment repairs, trouble shooting and service is offered by BCI and will be bid upon by BCI on a case by case basis. Upon approval by said customer of any bid/quote repair jobs, BCI assumes all costs associated with trouble shooting customer equipment, researching parts, preparing Bid/Quotes and a three month warranty of all parts installed by BCI.
BCI will conduct on site training classes. BCI provides training to your supervisors so that they can adequately train and supervise your employees in all aspects of chemical safety and proper cleaning and sanitation practices. Refresher courses are also available for supervisors upon request. Please be aware that supervisors are responsible for training your employees, and BC Industrial Services, LLC has no responsibility under this contract to train all of your employees. Additionally, proper chemical handling is extremely important! Eye wash stations must be available for your employees and they must be properly trained in their use.
