We Stand With You!

The safety and well-being of our associates, our clients, and our communities are paramount. We have been keeping a watchful eye on the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and wanted to share with you how we are preparing to continue operating safely and effectively.

Our Incident Management Team has been meeting regularly to discuss our response to various scenarios, and we are actively sharing that information with our associates. While the day to day developments of COVID-19 are frequently changing, our commitment to the safety and service of you, our clients, does not change. The steps we have taken across our company to prepare for this are:

Management is routinely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and federal, state, and local agencies to help ensure our actions are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance. Our associates receive these updates regularly. We keep them informed to help ensure their safety and that of our clients.

We are postponing all new projects so that we may focus exclusively on sanitation services to our current customer base by way of the newly implement BCI Sanitation Service Task Force. BCI understands the vital part we play in helping our customers maintain a healthy environment and will are dedicated our efforts to such.

To reduce the possibility of a task force member from being infected, BCI management has instructed the BCI Sanitation Service Task Force to work remotely, thus limiting person-to-person exposure.

BCI Sanitation Task Force Team has been trained and outfitted with all of the proper personal protective equipment before entering into any establishment. Task Force members have also been instructed on how to remove their own protective gear and apply individual disinfection processes.

We have installed vehicle hand sanitizers, personal protection equipment, and are encouraging daily cleaning / disinfecting of workstations. We require team members to regularly handwash, moving face-to-face meetings to video conference when possible, canceling all travel, and reminding associates to stay home if they feel sick.

Sanitation Task Force is recommending Turbo Kill RTU (Ready To Use) for customers without a dilution control center. Turbo Kill comes in 12/1 qt. per case. This is an excellent disinfectant for those customers that do not already have our dilution control systems and need an RTU type application.

Wash your hands regularly, avoid handshakes in favor of other non-contact methods of greeting, and stay at home if you don’t feel well.

Finally, Coronavirus phishing emails and scams are on the rise. Please be vigilant as cybercriminals are using this situation as an opportunity to defraud the unsuspecting. Don’t click or open PDF’s or other attachments, no matter how urgent they may seem.
